Where are you located?
Located in Bayport, Minnesota and service the Twin Cities metro area.
Where do you deliver?
Up to 30 miles outside of the Twin Cities metro area. Please contact us if you reside outside of those limits and we can discuss a delivery charge.
How long do I get the tents for?
Overnight, unless special arrangements are made (additional charges will apply). Dropoff will usually be after 3pm with pick-up the following day after 10am.
How long will set up take?
Set up will take approximately 1-2 hours. Please make sure the area is clear of furniture and ready for set up.
How much room is needed for the tents?
Each tent set up is approximately 3.5′ wide by 7′ long. If you’re worried about having enough room, please feel free to contact us!
Can the tents be used OUTSIDE?
Unfortunately, not at this time. INDOOR use only.
Do I get to keep anything?
Everything we bring/set up must be returned (pillows, blankets, décor, etc.). If anything is broken or missing, the deposit may not be returned and/or a fee will be incurred.
Is a pillow provided?
A pillow to sleep on is NOT provided. Please suggest that your guests bring one as the pillows provided are for decorative use only.
How do you clean/sanitize the set-up between uses?
All bedding and tents are thoroughly washed between each use. Decorative pillows, stuffed animals, and other table items are disinfected and/or wiped down.
Can you eat/drink in the tents?
Please do not allow kids to eat/drink in the tents and encourage them to use the tray tables provided. If there is any damage, stains or missing items, replacement costs will be incurred.
Can you do multiple themes?
Absolutely! However, 2 themes at most is usually recommended.
What type of payment is accepted?
We accept Venmo, check or cash.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand things can change, so if you are unable to continue with your booking, you will be refunded your down payment, but your $50 deposit is non-refundable. You may reschedule if we are given at least a 48 hour notice.
If you have guests that cancel and you end up needing less tents, you will not receive money back. If you let us know ahead of time, we could offer you the option of setting up the extra tent in a sibling’s room!
